Safdar Khan is the Founder of JJ Law Chambers. He has 20 years experience in Immigration, Human Rights and Civil/Criminal Litigation with a very high success rate.

Safdar has worked on numerous high profile and complex cases pertaining to immigration as well as criminal litigation. He has been successful in challenging and quashing criminal conviction for a client who’s deportation order was withdrawn by the SSHD as a result and ILR was granted at as later a stage as he had already completed his prison sentence and his appeal rights against deportation had been exhausted.

Safdar has participated in various reported cases pertaining to EEA, Spouse visas and business immigration matters.  While working on many important cases Safdar worked with senior counsels like Sibghat Kadri (QC) of No 2 KBW and Ramby De Mello, Dany Bazini and Edward Nicholson of No 5 Chambers, on many issues of legal importance and have gained considerable experience in the fields of immigration, Crime, Administrative and Human Rights Law.
